Health Innovations Terms and Conditions
By purchasing anything from Health Innovations’ website you are expected to have read and accept these terms and conditions:
Terms and conditions are in accordance with Australian law.
Health Innovations does not refund anyone who simply changes their mind about a purchase.
All purchases from Health Innovations website must be made by an adult.
If an adult is purchasing any product from Health Innovations for a minor they must ensure proper supervision.
Any damage caused by postage to goods purchased from Health Innovations’ website must be reported within 3 days of receiving goods.
Health Innovations does not accept any liability or responsibility for goods returned without a “Return of Goods Authorisation Code” (RGAC) for any reason. To receive an RGAC you must contact Health Innovations by telephone.
ALL returns must have an RGAC.
If a returned product is found to be faulty or damaged due to no fault of the purchaser, the product will be replaced and posted free of charge.
Goods that are returned will be inspected and may be subject to a re-stocking fee.
If the goods are returned due to a claim of postal damage or claimed to be faulty but found to be in full working condition or any defects or damage were caused after the purchaser received the goods, the goods will be returned to the purchaser. The purchaser may also be invoiced for postage and processing fees payable within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
Health Innovations does not refund anyone who simply changes their mind about a purchase.
The Standard Warranty on products will NOT apply:
- If the product has not been operated, maintained or used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or specifications provided with the product.
- To damage, malfunction or failure resulting from alterations, accident, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid spillage, use on an incorrect voltage, tampering or unauthorised repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions or entry by any insect, vermin or foreign object in the product
- To any failure, to the extent that the failure is not a failure of the product to perform in accordance with its specifications.
